A former fisherman's house in the Faubourg, extended in the 1950s by a painter who kept his studio upstairs, restored in 2024. No garden, no pool: a patio, a roof facing the sea, and the village all around. It is a Collioure house, and that is exactly why you choose it.
140 square metres over three floors: white limewash, old terracotta tiles, teal zellige and rattan. The stairs are steep, the colours are frank, the light does the rest.
Six guests, washed linen, air conditioning throughout. And on the top floor, the painter's studio, now the most beautiful bedroom in the house.
